Adolfo Borrero Villalón is Founder and CEO of Aalto Consultores, a company specialized in Strategic Consulting for the Planning and Development of Smart cities and territories.

He is president of the AMETIC Smartcities Commissions; President of the CEA's Digital Agenda commission. He has developed his extensive career in the Information and Communication Technologies sector since 1984, in which his activity at TELVENT stands out, over more than 26 years, occupying different management positions, with a very international component. relevant, including the successful IPO on the American NASDAQ. The business areas in which he has developed his career range from the Defense sector, to the Energy sector, including those of Mobility, Environment, eHealth and Electronic Administration, with outstanding activity in the field of Smart Cities, during the last 15 years.

He was the creator of the Seville ICT & Sustainability Forum in June 2008. He is the founder and member of the organizing committees of Greencities (2010) and Transfiere (2012), both in Malaga. He regularly intervenes in forums related to technologies such as the Smart City Expo (Barcelona) or the Digital Enterprise Show (Madrid).

In 2018 he created the Benidorm Digital Tourist Forum with AMETIC and the National Network of Intelligent Tourist Destinations (RDTI) and founded in 2020 the Seville International Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS) Congress together with Nebext for FIBES. Adolfo Borrero is an Electrical Engineer specialized in Electronics from the Higher School of Industrial Engineers of Seville (1986) and an E-MBA from the San Telmo International Institute of Seville (1996).
