Almudena Alcaide

Almudena holds a degree in Mathematical Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She completed her studies with an MSc in Advanced Computing at University King's College of London and a PhD in Computer Engineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Almudena started her professional career as a Programmer at ACI Worldwide (London); she taught statistics at Kingston College and held research positions at London South Bank University. She has also taught, for more than ten years, ICT Security at the Carlos III University of Madrid and was a collaborating expert in the Master of Cybersecurity at IMF-Deloitte.

Currently, she is responsible for the R+D+i Department of the Universal Accessibility Department of Fundación Once.
