John has been working for more than 25 years on sector solutions and public policies for the competitive development of the tourism system and its impact on society and the territory. BA in Business and administration from ESEE / ISE he has completed postgraduate courses in strategic planning at the University of Surrey. His main area of ​​interest is the design of sectoral models for the acceleration of digital and ecological transitions, integrating all the parties involved to project scenarios and define operational frameworks for the early revitalization of the tourist economy and its evolution towards a new competitive horizon.

In addition, he promotes social innovation as a manager of human development in Latin America through tourism with cooperation agencies and the United Nations.
