José Carlos García is a senior electronics engineer. In 2003 he founded DIELMO 3D S.L. and in the last 18 years he has been involved in the development of numerous R&D projects related to geospatial information.

In the last 4 years, he has been in charge of the 360º photography department, where the concept of virtual tourist viewpoint has been developed, which allows the best views of a city to be made accessible.
