The legal basis or legitimacy by which your personal data will be processed for the purpose indicated above are: that the interested party gives their consent for the processing of their personal data for the specific purpose indicated above (article 6.1.a) RGPD).

Your personal data will be blocked when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, remaining at the exclusive disposal of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the competent Public Authorities, and in particular data protection authorities, for the attention to the possible responsibilities arising from the treatment, during the prescription period of these. Once the aforementioned period has elapsed, the Data Controller will proceed to delete the data.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation or you have expressly consented to it. Your data will in no case be transferred to third countries.

We inform you that, at any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability, revocation of the consent given, and not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of your data.
