Industrial Engineer from the Carlos III University of Madrid and Industrial Engineer of the State.
He began his professional career in the energy sector, participating in various tasks in the field of energy management in the market and controlling the position of the portfolio of electricity production plants.
Since 2016 he has been part of the Spanish State Industrial Engineers Corps, developing his activity within the General Secretariat of Industry and SMEs, of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce.
He currently participates as an expert of the Spanish delegation in the groups of technical harmonization of vehicle regulations, both at the European and international level within the WP.29 of the UN / ECE.
